Psychometric Testing Using Extended DISC
Do you know how to best manage the different personality types within your team? We are Extended DISC Accredited Practitioners, and use the Extended DISC system in a number of ways to help with personal growth, team building and leadership, as well as to assist with recruitment. There are a number of different reports available:
- Grow and Develop – a self awareness report which provides individuals with an in depth understanding of their strengths and development areas, as well as hints and tips on how best to communicate with other DISC styles
- Team and Build – a team report which provides insight into your team dynamics, helping you identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to your team, as well as some great communication insights
- Lead and Manage – this report identifies an individual’s leadership style, and provides insight into how other DISC styles perceive their leadership, as well as hints and tips on how best to communicate
- Recruit and Select – a candidate assessment which allows you to see your candidates behavioural style, and assess their fit for the role and team
